Q: I noticed under the Erasure Method Selector that several methods listed in the user guide are not present? Do I not have access to these?

A. When XErase is deployed not all methods are enabled in the selections menu by default. To enable more choices, Select the “Customize” context menu and then “Method Rule Filter”. This will display all the available erasure methods. Simply highlight the ones you need and hit the Update Arrow. One thing to note, you must select methods for each protocol type.
