Q. My external enclosure supports Virtual Enclosure Services and I’d like to map the drives into the enclosure. I have created a Workspace but XErase doesn’t see my device?

A. XErase does support most enclosure services devices within our industry unique Physical Interface. To enable this feature, navigate to Customize-Interface-Program Settings-Support Enclosure Services. Enable this service and hit update. Once done, select rescan and then see if the device now shows present.
